Refund and Exchange Policy

We understand that unexpected weather can disrupt plans. To ensure a fair and equitable policy, please review the following:

If inclement weather necessitates the cancellation of an event before it begins, ticket holders will receive a full refund upon presenting their ticket stub or purchase receipt at the fair office within the following day, between the hours of 10 AM and 6 PM.

Once an event has commenced, refunds will not be issued regardless of weather conditions.
